Welcome back! Today we met on the shore of lake Monticello and had a very dense conversation. We talked about exercise to protect against old-age falls, car accidents, and the nuclear facility on the lake. Blake got fired up about some geopolitical issues, and Austin got fired up about US healthcare. We ended the podcast by doing a cold plunge in the lake.
