Vann Burchfield has spent most of his music career in the Gospel scene. Winning Artist of the year for instrumental artist at the GMA's Seminar in the rockies. He now is crossing over into Smooth Jazz with a Funk and R&B flavor. Holding the Guinness World Record for the longest note ever held on a wind instrument (Circular Breathing), Vann broke Kenny G's record on February 17, 2000. Now Vann is moving forward filling the airways with his smooth melodic sounds on his saxophones. Vann is nominated for Alabama Music Awards Male Jazz artist of the year for 2016. Vann has had the honor of performing at the White House on four separate occasions. Vann is ready to travel the world meeting people and performing his music. "I love to see the faces of the people as I play my songs for them. It is one of the greatest feelings to know I can touch someone with my music."
