What does it mean to carry your mantle? What does that look like? It is different for all of us, because we all have different roles to play in life and in the Kingdom of God. If you take on the mantle of something such as a profession or an important job, you take on the responsibilities and duties which must be fulfilled by anyone who has this profession or job. Our mantle is also part of our armor that we wear throughout life. It can get weighty without becoming heavy.
