Learn powerful strategies to help you conquer your fear of public speaking and take the stage with confidence. Using repetition, motivation, and a greater teacher than fear, anyone can become an effective communicator. It all starts with a simple random word exercise.
Brenden Kumarasamy faced numerous obstacles as a child. Growing up in Montreal, he was required to speak a language he was unfamiliar with, and a cricket arm surgery put him at a disadvantage socially. Through repetition, motivation, and learning how to manage his fears, Brenden developed into a confident communicator and was able to help others do the same. The founder of MasterTalk, he was the world's youngest public speaking coach and currently has more than 30,000 YouTube subscribers.
Quotes from this episode:
"Communication is not a chore but a tool for impact."
"Motivation is actually the number one challenge in communication, not fear."

"Communication fears is like a boxing match where one side of the ring is fear... and the other side of the ring is the message... The goal is not for the fear to leave the ring but rather make sure the bell rings that your message gets to knock out punch in that ring and wins the match every time."
