The world is changing, quickly too and we have to work hard to keep up. Shelley talks to Tom about her new book Lift which was co-authored by Shelley, Faisal Hoque and Jeff Wuorio.
Lift was a New York Times bestseller because it hits a home run when it comes to adapting to life as we know it now and coming out on top.
I want to apologise for the lateness of this episode release. With is being our last interview I was holding it emotionally hostage.
