This week we are speaking with Karl Salisbury, a product designer working at the payment processing company Adyen. Adyen serves enterprise clients such as Uber, Wise, Spotify, eBay, Microsoft, and LinkedIn, to name just a few.

Before that, he was at Booking.com, joining during the company's hyper growth phase of 2017 and the crisis of 2020 with Covid. Having worked on both the customer and supply sides, Karl has a lot of experience regarding how travel sites and apps are designed. In this episode, we talk about the design process and the UX dark patterns.
