What’s up guys, welcome back! In this episode of the Vacation Rental Revolution Podcast, I interviewed Chad McLaughlin about his journey into short-term rental investing.

Chad shared his background in the IT world and his interest in real estate investing, which was sparked by reading Robert Kiyosaki's book, Rich Dad Poor Dad. He explains how he discovered the potential of short-term rentals through the Vodyssey community and decided to invest in a property in Galveston, Texas.

Chad also discusses the challenges he faced during the setup phase when he was involved in a horrific car accident. We finished up talking about the importance of accurately estimating your expenses.
