At the Beyond Psychedelics conference in Prague in June of 2018, during a tour around Europe in my motorhome, I sat down for a chat with Dr. Bill Richards, Clinical Director for 'States of Consciousness Research' at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (and 'OG' psychedelic researcher). Bill and his team have been studying Psychedelics at Johns Hopkins since 1999, and are one of the major driving forces in the re-emergence of academic study into Psychedelic compounds and experiences.
