Alan is a experienced and talented professional who began studying and working with PHP at a young age. He always looked up to his brother, who worked as a developer, and at the age of 13, he embarked on his own journey in the field. During his journey with VH, Alan received two offers: one to work for a company in Portugal and the other in Canada. After visiting both countries, he decided that Canada was a better fit for him, as he personally preferred the Canadian lifestyle and culture. Currently residing in Montreal, Alan is an avid fan of the city's hockey team, and his family enjoys participating in winter activities and exploring all that Quebec has to offer. In a video, Alan shared a valuable tip with other VanHackers: strive to complete a coding project that you can be proud of. Having experience as an interviewer for his company, Alan understands the importance of code testing.

Congratulations, Alan, on your amazing journey and for sharing such an insightful tip with others. We are incredibly proud of you!
