Yogis call it Prana. Ayurvedic Professionals call it Vayu, Prana, or Vata. Other Asian modalities call it the Qi, Chi and in English we just say Vitality.
If there is one thing that is common between Yoga, Ayurveda and other modalities--it is the breathing-a system of slow breathing that supports us in a myriad of ways both mental and physical. Here's an introduction lecture by well known yogini from Germany-Anuraddha.
