Dayna has been super passionate about plant based whole foods since she was 9 years old, when her parents would bring home baby cows, pigs, sheep and chickens to look after and then kill them for meat.That's when she started to question what she had been conditioned to think was ok.

Over the last 15 years Dayna has shared how easy it is to add more plants and whole foods to our diet through workshops and seminars on the benefits of moving your body, living toxin free, eating whole plant based foods, fermenting food, natural immunity and more.

And now Dayna has started a new business making plant based, sugar, gluten, dairy, meat, corn and peanut free food for families, that require healing their bodies, are busy or simply passionate about real food.
