The 33rd annual Toronto Veg Food Fest is happening September 8 -10 at Harbourfront! It has over 140 vendors, music, health and nutrition experts and so much more. Ilana Kadonoff is the creator/mastermind behind ‘Sweets From The Earth,’ one of the vendors featured at Veg Food Fest! Ilana operates two production facilities for her family owned business - one is 100% peanut and nut free and the other is wheat and gluten free. During this episode, Ilana breaks down her menu items, talks about baking with sustainable palm oil and explains how you can inspire a new item at your local bakery.
