As a healer I felt that it was my duty to heal myself naturally. Spiritually.
I held off from having the surgery.
I allowed myself to shame myself.
I punished myself for not being able to use all the “Spiritual Tools” in my toolbox to shrink them.
After 7 years or being a prisoner in my body, and gallons salty tears shed; I finally decided to go through with a Myomectomy.
I decided it is actually self-love to have to surgery. Having my body back. Dancing. Being active. Falling in Love
Allowing my self to be taken care of in my recovery.
With physically releasing the fibroids through surgery, am letting them go. I am allowing myself to heal, and for all the emotional work to be effective.
Part of my exhaustion is the constantly beating myself up over my body, and the Anemia is the physical manifestation of beating myself up.
I am so excited to wear a bikini again!! #itsthelittlethings
