Basically they Never turn down an invitation to connect, Which means they probably have the Linkedin Max of 30,000 connections... That's a lot of connections right? Yes and no,

Here's why. The algorithm says Engagement is more important than connections... so how does one build an audience to have engagement with if you have no connections to engage with?!? L,I,O,N,s are one solution to this issue.
