Accomplished cross-cultural trainer and International speaker, Tina Varughese reveals why newcomers have a hard time to get opportunities and how they can create opportunities for themselves instead of waiting on the sidelines.
She also talks about her personal motivation for one of her favorite talks- 50 shades of Beige and how she's also a 2nd generation immigrant although born and raised in Canada, she knows the struggle her parents faced when they came to Canada in the 60s.
