Epic Games is taking on Apple and Google. The Fortnite maker is challenging the tech juggernauts' longstanding rule that says certain app developers must pay Apple and Google 30% of what they earn in in-app purchases. Epic made an attempt to bend the rules, resulting in the Fortnite app being pulled from Apple's and Google's app stores. We talked with Mark Gurman, Apple Reporter for Bloomberg News, who has been delivering major, market-moving scoops on the company for years, about what the feud means for iPhone sales, the app store, and the accessibility of Fortnite.
