This is Episode 34 of the VulnerABLE Podcast! From facing severe bullying, to dealing with his weight, and then being faced with his father's potential mortality. What he learned is that a strong mind can overcome any challenge!Growing up he never really fit in. He often felt like an outcast and faced severe bullying from his peers. At one point during his school days this even got so bad that he’d spend his lunch times hiding in the library. At the time he found it was the only safe place to hide away from the abuse. This experience would directly affect his confidence and self-worth throughout his life. It effected him to the point he’d keep barriers up not wanting to let anyone in, and sabotage relationships. Until eventually he found himself overweight, unfulfilled and stuck in a job that was killing him. That was until his dads cancer made him realize how fragile life can be, and was the catalyst for turning his own life and health around. On that journey he learnt everything he could about health, nutrition, mindset and high performance, writing a best selling book and finally pursuing his dream of creating a business that impacted the world. Now he coaches CEOs and Executives to upgrade their brain power, helping them make better decisions, execute without overthinking and handle new levels of pressure without crumbling or losing their composure. For more information on Byron Morrison you can follow him on social media or visit his website: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/authorbyronmorrison/ Website: https://byronmorrison.co.uk/
