This is Episode 39 of the VulnerABLE Podcast!He was bullied as kid, which led to low self-esteem and insecurity that lasted into adulthood. Now he speaks to kids about bullying and how to overcome it, as well as help farmers run more sustainable farms.Growing up he had two lazy eyes, which led to unflattering glasses meaning he’d face his fair share of bullying. This would lead to poor self-esteem and insecurity that stayed with him into adulthood. When he finally found his place and purpose in the workplace, it came to an end and lead to a lot of frustration, when the company decided to discontinue funding his projects.
