Welfare For Our Community Dogs is not an Animal Welfare Group. It is run by one person, to ensure welfare for street dogs in Singapore. One of the first things that stands out is the use of community dogs rather than street dogs or strays. This reflects the care and impact that WFOCD is creating.
Samantha has a no nonsense attitude towards doing everything she can to help the community dogs of Singapore. Whether it be working along side government bodies, reaching out to remediate with such groups as cyclists, cat feeders or anyone else who may come in conflict with the dogs, to going out every night to feed the dogs.
