This week on the pod we are joined by dad to two, former professional cyclist, olympian, national champion and a founder at WEDŪ - Dylan Casey.
Dylan and I covered a lot in this week’s episode. We talked about the joy of sharing cycling with our kids, the importance of failure (and letting our kids see us fail), having a “tribe” to share our suffering with (both on and off the bike), the importance of inclusivity and much more.
Whether you are a fan of cycling or not - this was a conversation full of some really thoughtful nuggets and advice around the world of fatherhood and life.
A huge thanks to
Dylan for coming on the pod and sharing his story and journey with me!
