In this episode, we have part one of a discussion with my husband, Michael, as he opens up about his first Ayahuasca experience. I shared about mine in the previous two episodes if you’d like to go back and get caught up.

Although we went on this journey together, we knew we had to have our own individual experiences. Michael’s was so radically different from mine. His story is much more involved, too, so we’re breaking it into three parts.

In part one, he talks about:

  • why he signed up for Ayahuasca
  • facing the darkness inside him
  • what he learned about coincidences
  • a connection he made about healing generational trauma
  • and why he chose to share this very personal story

As I’ve said before, my experience has been challenging to describe with words, and I think that’s doubly true for Michael. His story is longer and more complicated, but we’ll do our best to keep it organized. Thank you for listening with curiosity and an open mind.
