What is the effect of the corona virus on us as a society? The information we are receiving is changing daily – we have to be open to what is happening without any fixed ideas. There is a lot of unknown in this situation.
In a strange way the corona virus can be a catalyst for deep change in ourselves: If you understand that how you relate to what is happening with the virus is how you relate to things most of the time- there is a huge learning opportunity in the present situation in shifting our attention from the content of our experience to being awareness itself.
