Expressions with Catch (Pt. 2)
- I couldn’t decide what to do…it was a real catch 22!
- They might just catch you off guard!
- I’m going to try to catch a few winks between classes. (Or, ‘catch some Zs)
- Why don’t we go outside for a walk and catch some rays?
- I know I shouldn’t have been looking…but I caught a glimpse of the test key.
- You ought to just catch a lift with me. There’s no point in us both driving.
- I hope I haven’t caught you at a bad time.
- I caught him red handed going through my cell phone call log.
- He should have been on his toes, but the opponent caught him flat footed.
