Ecclesiastes10 and 2 A wise man's heart is at his right hand; but a fools heart at his left.
I think of this verse as meaning the wise mans choice is established, tried and true. Built upon a foundation.
Ecclesiastes 10 18 by much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through.
We have to be willing to work. I heard a saying one time that said God helps those that helps themselves. Most days I think we have a choice how we start our days and how we look at work. You can get up have some extra time read or relax. Then you can make a list get excited about what all yoir going to get done by certain time or you can dread it or worse run from it put it off.
You may have heard the story about the guy that was stuck at sea. Someone came with a boat and the man said go on God will save me three times people came by and he told them the same thing God will save me and the man died and he asked God why didnt you save me. God said I sent you three people.
Ecclesiastes 10 10:20 Curse not the king, no not in thy thought: and curse not the rich in thy bed chamber: for a bird of the air shall carry the Voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.
Its in our best interest to not even think bad thoughts about anyone dont entertain the thought. Those that are in charge of things its best not to think bad thoughts. Pray for them. I dont think this means stick your head in the sand. Sometimes we need to take action but most always we dont need to dwell on things.
KING DAVID refused at one point to put his hand on Saul he was Gods anointed man.
How much further would we be if we refused to do the things God told us not to do. Refused to even think bad thoughts about people and prayed for them. Is the prayer for them as much is it is for you?
