In this episode of Washington Beer Talk, I ride out to meet up with Chris of Lantern Brewing. His little brewery that he started with his wife has been slowly growing for the better part of a decade. Despite being one of the older breweries in Seattle, predating many of the Ballard mainstays, you probably haven't heard of them. Chris explains why.

Segments in this episode:

Brewers Corner - Chris talks about his approach to categorizing his beers and how he treats his water.

You're Drinking Beer Wrong - you are using Untappd wrong and it isn't helping anyone. Even trained and tested tasters are wasting their time.
