Last week Mayor Muriel Bowser reflected on her term as D.C.’s mayor and offered her vision for the next year (and the four years after that, assuming she wins a second term) during her annual State of the District speech. During the address she touched on jobs, education, and housing. This week, Loose Lips reporter Andrew Giambrone joins Washington City Podcast to help put her speech in context.
