In today’s show, we are putting Kyle Fleck in your passenger seat to discuss his journey through the trades and what it really means to serve the client. Growing up in Pennsylvania, Kyle did what many kids do and that is go to college. What he got was $80K in debt. Given the opportunity to enter the trades as a dispatcher, Kyle took the jump, and the journey began. Growing through the ranks Kyle experienced the trades in many positions including dispatcher, marketing director, office manager, service manager, sales manager, and now regional director. Now, passionate about leading leaders, Kyle spends his days guiding multiple branch managers through the challenges that come. On the show, Kyle shares his approach in serving the client, some ideas for goal setting and accountability, as well as other great thoughts from behind the curtain.
