The Eagles are "America's Band." Formed in Los Angeles in 1971, the band has sold more the 200 million records worldwide. They were one of rock n' rolls most successful acts of the 1970s, but then they broke up in 1980 amid the fame and pressures of their work. 14 years later, Hell Froze Over, and the Eagles reunited. The people in the band have changed over the years, but the music has endured unscathed.
