Weston-super-Mare is a holiday destination and a great place to bring kids, but what's it like to raise a family here? We talk to Lynsey McKinstry, who grew up in the town and is now bringing up her own children in Weston.
Lynsey also tells us about her work with Weston College and how the college provides an award-winning service supporting students and employers in Weston.

  • things to do with kids of all ages in the area
  • the positive impact Culture Weston has had on life in the town
  • The Grand Pier’s local’s membership card
  • her favourite places to eat and shop in Weston
  • her role at Weston College, its progressive approach to getting students into the workforce and the pastoral care given to pupils
  • the work Weston College is doing around neurodiversity and how inclusive Weston is becoming.
