Creators of 3 national professional communities – for HR Managers, for professional reconversion and hear me our one to future millionaires. She is the co- founder of the first national social manifesto against age discrimination in the employment process in Romania, which we will be speaking about today. For the past 14 years she has partnered with over 200 corporations in over 20 industries and provided them the resources to grow their business and employer reputation through internal and external brand experience campaigns.
She is passionate about the mechanisms of functionality and sustainable growth in organizations, she considers pragmatism, research, concrete data and trust in people as the basis of any successful strategy.
