貫穿臺灣西部的臺三線具備成為國際級長距離步道和打造在地特色文化廊道的良好基礎。而樟之細路則位於臺三線上，從桃園龍潭綿延到臺中東勢，全長約380公里，這裡舉辦了第一屆「2024樟之細路步道嘉年華」，有來自9個國家、21個步道組織參加這場盛事，向國際展現樟之細路不只是一條健身之路，也是一條國際級綠色廊道。
Running through the western Taiwan coridor, Provincial Highway 3 has the potential to become a world-class long-distance trail and a unique cultural passageway. One highlight along this route is the Raknus Selu Trail. This year, it’s hosting the first-ever "2024 Raknus Selu Trail Carnival," featuring participants from nine countries and 21 trail organizations. This event is a fantastic way to show the world that the Raknus Selu Trail is not just a path for fitness, but an international green corridor full of cultural significance.
