Creating wealth is an active role. The term "creating" signifies an activity, it's a verb, a "doing" word. It is also important to note that being passive about wealth creation, that is doing nothing is a a way an action too. You mean "No action" is an action? Yes it is. It is called losing wealth because money never remains the same, you either gain on it or lose from it. Money not utilized does not retain its value for long, it has to move into the market place.
