Aaron Byle

Born in 1991 being the youngest of 5 was a blessing in disguise that I didn’t realize. I’m another statistic as some would consider if you researched everything about me. I came from a broken home, my siblings and I moved around, in an abusive home at one point, and most of all trapped in the perpetuating cycle of poverty.

I owe mention to my parents, grandparents (mom and dad) siblings, and the rest of my family because it takes a village. I grew up in a military background where standards were high and work ethic was instilled. Growing up I was dealt unexpected blows but through the grace of God, my grandparents gave me positive reinforcement and did the best they could with what they had. My grandmother worked throughout the University of Cincinnati in which I was exposed to an uncommon predisposition that would soon propel my mindset. My grandfathers were hard workers in which inspires and instilled the reason for the necessity of work ethic. My siblings and I always found ourselves in positions to be all we had. I soon found my gift in those times which was to serve! Whether helping my brothers to do yard work in the neighborhood for money to pay for food or with my sisters in the kitchen I was always in the realm of displaying service-like needs.

2017 conceptualized F5 Concierge LLC seeing I was always able to think outside the box and utilize my gift to serve. From that point on every F in F5 stood for something that attributed to everything that I had been through led me to be the better man and entrepreneur I am today. Through faith I grow, to provide fantastic service, being fast, flexible and fair in my practices. Empowering, inspiring, and employing become the change agent for my community and what I always wanted to see growing up for the world to see
