There are challenges other than being expensive in bringing people from different places and making them do one thing. How do you then uncover the hidden cost and reduce it to get your resources, energy, and time to more meaningful investments?

Hiring qualified people is helpful. And it is best to tap into your current pool of talents to avoid dealing with adaptation issues. The concept of ‘divide and conquer’ comes in handy in this regard.

Jerry Jones is a Leader, trainer, coach, consultant, and communicator whose passion is partnering with people to do their thing better. He has worked with entrepreneurs, global educators, executive leadership, trainers, teachers, coaches, families, and individuals who have a vision for what could be but struggle to get there in both professional and personal capacity.

In this episode, Jerry talks about how challenging it is to deal with transient organizations. To seemingly solve the problem, they try to provide perks and fancy things to their people which don’t help as problems are beneath the surface; that’s where they failed to look into. Jerry shares how he peels off the layers where hidden costs are found and help reduce it to lessen the cost of doing international business.
