What have you done recently to truly invest in yourself—your present and your future? Investing in yourself can look different for each person. No matter what it looks like for you, the important part is that you do it. Whenever new clients contact me for style support, it’s because they are seeking some sort of change or clarity—and I have become a part of that commitment to invest in themselves.

Today I am delighted to share a very special discussion with a client turned friend and someone I admire greatly, Megan Kingery. Megan is a Tony-nominated “Producer of Everything” and creative transformational coach. Among her many accolades, she has brought financing to multiple Broadway productions, including Natasha, Pierre, And The Great Comet Of 1812 and Fun Home. As a coach, she works with creative entrepreneurs in every medium who are ready to dramatically level up in their career, visibility, and fundraising capacity.

Megan hired me many years ago when she felt like she was at a plateau and needed to make some serious investments in her personal and professional life. Dressing for the job she wanted was a key part of her plan. Together, we explored how investing in her style brand was a cornerstone for leveling up her career and getting unstuck.

In this conversation, we walk through each of Megan’s pivotal investments and how they were game-changers in her personal and professional life. I recommend this episode for anyone who knows personal and professional growth are one and the same; anyone who has ever felt “stuck” in their lives; and anyone who wants to be enlightened by a wonderful human who is a living, breathing example of resiliency, vulnerability, intellect, and kindness.
