Today in Chicago, Illinois, we're looking at sunny skies with a high near 76 degrees. A nice breeze coming in from the northeast at around 10 miles per hour, with gusts reaching up to 15 miles per hour.
Tonight, expect clear skies with a low around 64 degrees. The northeast wind will continue at 5 to 10 miles per hour, with occasional gusts up to 15 miles per hour.
As we roll into Friday, the sunshine continues with a high near 78 degrees. The wind direction will shift slightly to coming from the southeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Friday night stays mostly clear with a low around 66 degrees. The east wind will be blowing at 5 to 10 miles per hour, transitioning to south-southeast after midnight.
Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday brings us more sunshine with a high near 84 degrees and an east wind of 5 to 10 miles per hour. Saturday night turns mostly cloudy as the temperature dips to around 71 degrees.
Sunday brings a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with partly sunny skies and a high near 85 degrees. Sunday night and into Monday, we can expect more chances of showers and thunderstorms, with temperatures hovering around the low 70s.
