Good morning folks, and welcome to your favorite source for all things weather-related!
Let's dive into the 7-day forecast for 2 Miles South-Southwest of Columbus, Ohio. Buckle up because we've got quite the weather rollercoaster ahead.
Today, we're looking at a high near 94 degrees with a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Don't forget that sunscreen and stay hydrated because the heat index could hit as high as 100. Winds will be coming in from the southwest at 14 to 16 miles per hour.
Moving into tonight, showers and thunderstorms are likely before midnight with a low around 73. So, keep that umbrella handy and snuggle in for the night.
As we celebrate Independence Day, expect a high near 86 with a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 10 am. It'll be mostly cloudy, so maybe plan some indoor festivities just in case.
Thursday night brings another chance of showers and thunderstorms with a low around 72. The weekend could start early with some storms lingering around on Friday morning before the day turns into showers and possibly a thunderstorm in the afternoon with a high near 87.
Saturday and Sunday are looking much brighter with mostly sunny skies and highs in the low to mid-80s, so get out there and enjoy the sunshine.
And as we head into the start of the work week, there's still a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the forecast for Monday and Tuesday, so keep that umbrella by the door.
