Jackson Stacker, 25, was found deceased under tragic circumstances in a paddock near the Sleepy Hollow rest area on the Pacific Highway in northern New South Wales in August 2021. His badly decomposed body, wearing a fur coat and with a hunting knife embedded in his chest, was discovered a month after his disappearance. Described as kind and free-spirited, Mr Stacker had a history of mental health issues and had been travelling in his van through Queensland and northern NSW.
