I just got back from spending the last six days backpacking in the Grand Canyon completely unplugged. It was me and seven other guys on a an experience I will never forget that was led by Michael Cazayoux and Bryce Astill called soul-searching adventures. Wow! I have never done anything like this and so much came up for me. There was even a day of complete silence and each on of us going off on our own so just imagine! Now that I’m back, I wanted to share all of my new insights and awareness us on this podcast with you. My intention it’s to share that you can extract any lesson from any experience and apply it to your life.
