Episode 56: Ancestral Foods with Anthropologist Claudia Serrato In today's episode I had the honor to share the space with Dr. Claudia Serrato. In 2015, she received an honorary title from the Native American Culinary Association. Dr. Serrato co-founded "Across Our Kitchen Tables" and has been featured in prominent media outlets.
