These days when we can reach for a therapist or a coach, how do we know which will be a better fit?

My guest Beth Hirnle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Coach for parents navigating divorce and co-parenting, is here to to answer that exact question for us.

She and I will walk you through many examples of when to connect with a therapist, when to work with a coach, and when either one will serve you well.
