Did you know we start losing bone at the age of 30? And after menopause, women lose 2% of their bone every year. Knowing that it's time we take our bone health seriously before a crisis occurs. One way I care for my bone health is through membership with Osteostrong. Ashley Laird and her husband Matt opened an Osteostrong in the Birmingham area just over a year ago and I'm so grateful they did!
