Today we talk about feelings!!!

Feelings are emotional energy. they are not personality traits.

We spend a lot of times dishonouring ourselves by not honouring our feelings and this episode is to get us to a place where we are more in tune with our feelings and letting them guide us.

We also look into why all feelings are valid, some of the pros to being in our feelings, how not to dwell and get stuck in our feelings for too long and some tips to get us more comfortable with transforming the energies that are feelings into good.

Tip to takeaway: "Nobody makes anyone feel; no one is ultimately responsible for our feelings except us, no matter how much we insist they are. People also cannot change the way we feel. Only we can do that.

We are not responsible for anyone else’s feelings, although we are responsible for choosing to be considerate of people’s feelings. The extent we are ready to be considerate of their feelings tells a lot about us".
