Welcome to Wellthy Living conversations EP 57.
In this episode, I am talking to Merv Neal, a man that laughed himself to health.
We explore how laughter impacts our wellbeing and how you can bring more of it into your everyday life.
Merv is a specialist who studies the physiological and psychological effects of laughter. Merv is an authority on speaking, training, and facilitating workshops about laughter and in particular Laughter Yoga.
Merv shares his story about how laughter cured him of a terminal illness. and his journey into understanding the science behind why.
We discussed how laughter can not only ease suffering but can enhance connection and the overall wellbeing of a person, a relationship and even the wellness of a business. Merv took me through some practical activities and tools that everyone can use in their daily lives.
Enjoy :-)
