Who has a hard time saying Nah to the ah to the, no, no, no ? Raise your hand!!

We were so pleased to have Alignment coach, human design reader, and yoga teacher and living ray of sunshine, Jaime Moar join us for the second time. She’s such an extraordinary person and even in sharing some of her most vulnerable moments and scariest moments in her life, somehow manages to do it in a way that uplifts and inspires.

Jaime sat for a chat about the trials and tribulations of saying no, how Jaime’s life has changed since her diagnosis of Folicular Lymphoma, living with chronic cancer, reconnecting with one's self, and so much more.

We hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as we enjoyed recording it.

Jaime is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. She co-owns a marina with her dad, a yoga studio with her friend, and is a solopreneur with her own personal yoga and coaching business. She is passionate about her dog, and her husband, supporting other small businesses, and helping people connect with themselves. Jaime's life took a pivot in July of 2022 when she was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma. She hosts a podcast called That Does Not Belong To Me and is currently writing a book of the same title.
