Are you committed to starting the new year strong? In this bonus episode, I’m sharing my practice of choosing a word or phrase for the year. It's important to end the year strong and set oneself up for a strong new year.

That’s why I will be going through the five steps of choosing a word, which include evaluating the past year, thinking about what is needed in life, creating a list of words, visualizing and refining, and finally, committing to the chosen word. I share my personal example of choosing the word 'whole' for the upcoming year and encourage you to go through the process with me.
