Civics education lost favor in many schools due to an increased emphasis on other subject areas. As recent events have shown, students need to understand the importance of civics. Tim helps us understand the connection that civics education has to Science, climate change, and equity, too. Students who study civics are also more likely to be more informed and engaged citizens in their communities.
