2) Gilda's Club Mystery on the Water
There's something big going down on the waterfront in support of Gilda's Club Barrie this weekend. There's even going to be a very special performance. The twist is you have to wait until you buy your tickets for any details!

3) Sports Complex Construction Hits a Public Snag
There's still a lot of discussion about Barrie City Council's decision to build a sports complex on the waterfront. The main concerns are the loss of trees and the waterfront. Some residents are saying there wasn't any public consultation, or was there?

It's happening again this year! Barrie Families Unite is hosting another Trash Dash to tidy up the community's beautiful parks and trails. The event is slated for June 8th in Midhurst.
