On this episode, this week’s guest is Jamie (@coachjdhill).

I've known Jamie for several years and we've ran through a lot of the same Internet community circles. Jamie has been on this weight loss journey for several years and is now in the process of having weight loss surgery.

This episode is a little different than most. In the episode, I'm talking to Jamie not about just his weight loss efforts thus far but the process of having upcoming weight loss surgery in February. What made him decide to finally pursue the surgery, how he feels about it overall, his process to prepare for the surgery and what he expects from the end result of the surgery.

This is part one of a forthcoming second conversation that will take place after Jamie is healed from the weight loss surgery. If you've ever thought of having surgery done for weight loss, listen to Jamie's thought process and hopefully his story can help you with your process as well.

If you want to connect with Jamie, you can follow him on Instagram, ( https://www.instagram.com/coachjdhill). Be sure to subscribe to the podcast to get all future goodness of this show. While you're at it, do me a favor and rate & review this podcast. That's how more people can discover it as well. Follow me on Instagram ( http://www.instagram.com/williegillis).
