Labour Day weekend is here and it’s a poignant reminder of the balance between we all strive for between work, learning, and leisure as well as marking the unofficial end of our much-loved, and way too short summer season. With kids getting ready to return to school, households are bustling with the last-minute rush of school prep and there's an undeniable energy in the air. But in this whirlwind, let's not forget to also focus on our own personal growth. Keeping the spirit of learning alive, I have a show filled with insights, revelations, and some good old escapism for you. Here’s what’s coming up.

First we're peeling back the layers on a topic that's gripping our nation. The "parental rights" movement is making waves, but is everything as it seems? Rachel Gilmore, an expert voice in the midst of this political tumult, is here to shed light on this crucial issue.

Navigating the tricky terrains of parent-teen relationships can often feel like navigating a maze blindfolded. Aly Pain, our beacon in this intricate dance of emotions, is here to guide us on fostering strong, understanding bonds with our teens and oh yeah, getting them out of bed in the morning. Thoughts and prayers to all parents of teens out there this week.

Switching gears a little, who's up for a trip down the cinematic lane? This week Anne Brodie brings us a horror delight that's not your typical scare fest. With a star-studded cast and humourr that resonates, it's a perfect movie for that Labor Day relaxation. And while we're at the movies, Anne has got a few more up her sleeve.

Ever wondered about the shadows of the internet or how to shield yourself from the ever-looming threat of cyber attacks? Look no further. Kim Crawley, self-described nerd and guardian of the cyber realm, joins me to enlighten us about the enigmatic world of hackers.

As the day ends and nightfall beckons, who amongst us hasn’t experienced the mysterious 3 am wake-up call? Kelly Bos, our guide into the human psyche, unravels this nocturnal mystery for us and offers some solutions for drifting back to sleep.

And lastly, the music industry – a realm of dreams, passion, and often, relentless challenges. Tara Shannon, a beacon of inspiration, shares her journey, teaching us how to not just wade through but thrive in the world of music.
